Corey Richardson, Founder and Lead Behavioral Specialist at RCFINC, brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the field of behavioral health and developmental disabilities.
His expertise lies in designing customized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and mentoring staff and caregivers to create positive, supportive environments.
