For over two decades, our founder Corey Richardson has provided expert, person-centered behavioral support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) across Georgia.
RCFINC is a trusted behavioral support organization committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
We specialize in creating customized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and training caregivers to provide consistent, positive support.

Corey Richardson
With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Corey Richardson is a leader in the field of behavioral health and developmental support.
He is known for his ability to connect deeply with individuals, understand the root causes of behavioral challenges, and design strategies that empower people to thrive.
